MOLTRIC adheres to a strict data minimization principle, retaining information only for the duration defined in your Master Service Agreement. Standard production data is archived or pseudonymized after 24 months of inactivity. Upon contract termination, a formal decommissioning process is triggered: all live assets are purged within 30 days, followed by the secure, cryptographic erasure of encrypted backups in accordance with NIST standards.
